Adelaide Festival is seeking a strategic, results-oriented Head of Development to lead its income generation strategy. This role will oversee corporate sponsorships, philanthropy and fundraising initiatives. As a key member of the senior management team, the Head of Development will create innovative and compelling strategies, foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, and secure major partnerships that align with Adelaide Festival’s brand and artistic vision.

HR Coordinator

Part Time (0.6) | Two year fixed-term contract.

Adelaide Festival is seeking a motivated and collaborative HR Coordinator who will play a vital role in delivering reliable and high-quality HR support across the organisation. Reporting to the CFO, this role offers an exciting mix of advisory work, assisting with projects, and helping deliver on our Culture Review Action Plan. You’ll be a key contact for both managers and employees, building strong relationships and playing an important part in fostering a positive workplace experience.

The Executive Director leads the strategic and operational direction of Adelaide Festival Corporation, overseeing all aspects of the organisation’s business operations.
