CRM & Ticketing Coordinator

OCTOBER 2025 - MARCH 2026

The CRM & Ticketing Coordinator works within the Customer Experience team to deliver an exceptionally high level of customer service for audiences attending the 2026 Adelaide Festival at all points of interaction – from purchasing a ticket through to troubleshooting at the box office. This position will form an integral part of the Customer Experience team. Duties will include event builds, managing various ticketing initiatives, generating complex reports for venues, artists and internal departments, customer service (phones, email, box office), supervision of call centre staff, and a thorough understanding of Tessitura and the Adelaide Festival and Adelaide Writers’ Week ticketed events.

Human Resources Officer

TWO YEAR FIXED TERM (3 days p/week)
$70,000-$75,000 pro rata

The Human Resources Officer will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of a positive, inclusive, and people-focused workplace. This hands-on position will provide day-to-day HR support across recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement, while also contributing to broader people initiatives.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Finance Officer and will collaborate with various departments within Adelaide Festival.

The Human Resources Officer works within the Corporate Services team to help bring key actions to life—whether it's improving staff onboarding experiences, assisting with learning and development initiatives, or contributing to diversity, wellbeing, and inclusion programs.
