Youth & Education
Experiencing world-class performances and exhibitions provide students and teachers with a catalyst for creative conversations and practices, while encouraging engagement with critical debates around big ideas and global issues.
Through these experiences, they develop as active, inquisitive theatregoers and cultural critics, inspired by the exciting works presented in the program.
Thanks to the generous philanthropic support of the Nunn Dimos Foundation and the Foskett Foundation, the commitment to discounted prices for students will continue along with the delivery of Teacher Guides for selected performances.
School Bookings
Discounted prices for school bookings will be available for select shows in 2027. Prices will be $25 per student or $18 per student for Equity (Category 1-4 DfE & CE schools). Noting that School tickets for Bluebeard's Castle are $35 per student.
Teacher resources for select shows will be available following the full program launch in October.

Festival Connect
This covers the cost of transport to a Festival performance for Category 1-4 DfE and CE schools. In addition, there will be a limited number of $5 tickets across a selection of Festival events for socio-economically disadvantaged schools.

Workshops for Schools
Thanks to the generous support of the Helpmann Academy, we can deliver a program of masterclasses and hands-on workshops for professional dancers, actors, musicians and tertiary students of dance, theatre and music with world-class artists from the Festival program.

Masterclasses for tertiary students/professional artists are made possible by the generous support of the Nunn Dimos and Foskett Foundations and delivered by the Helpmann Academy. More info will be available following the full program launch in October.
