Getting There
By car
There is a limited amount of ticketed on-street parking in the area, with an accessible car parking bay located at the Lion Arts Centre’s Morphett Street entrance. Visit UPark to find the closest car park to your venue.
Drop off point
The closest parking spaces are located at 13 Morphett Street. To access these parks you must be travelling north. At the Hindley Street/Montefiore Road/Morphett Street intersection, veer left to take the slip road that is the continuation of Morphett Street, then veer left into a designated parking bay on the Eastern side of JamFactory. There are three half-hour car parks, one disabled permit park, and one loading zone car park. We suggest using this location as your drop off point.
By tram
The gallery is 70m away from the City West tram stop on North Terrace. (And remember, the tram is free between the Entertainment Centre and South Terrace). After getting off the tram you will need to travel south at the pedestrian crossing, then across the Lion Arts Centre courtyard where you will find ACE next to the JamFactory, behind the Mercury CX Cinema.
By bus
The closest bus stops to ACE are stop X1 North Terrace, south side, or stop C1 North Terrace, north side. These stops are also near the City West tram stop, where you will need to travel south at the pedestrian crossing then across the Lion Arts Centre courtyard where you will find ACE next to the JamFactory, behind the Mercury CX Cinema.
You can also get to ACE via the free city loop buses. On the 98A bus, get off at stop C1, Morphett Street, east side. From there, you cross at the Hindley Street and Morphett Street lights and head north towards North Terrace where you will find ACE on the left, next to the JamFactory and behind the Mercury CX cinema.
On the 98C bus, exit at stop X1, Morphett St, west side. From there, you cross Hindley Street and head north towards North Terrace where you will find ACE on the left, next to the JamFactory and behind the Mercury CX cinema.
By bike
There is bicycle parking on Morphett Street at the precinct entrance, just in front of JamFactory and Mercury Cinema.

Adelaide Botanic Garden has a tram stop outside its Main Gate on North Terrace, called Botanic Gardens. The tram stop is approximately 100 metres from the entrance. Travelling by tram is free of charge in the city centre. Please visit Adelaide Metro for more information.
By bus
The Garden can be accessed by bus. The bus stops closest to Adelaide Botanic Garden are Stops I2, R1 (North Terrace), Y1, B1 (East Terrace). Please check Adelaide Metro for bus services into the city.
A free city connector bus stops on North Terrace and East Terrace, close to the Garden's Main Gate entrance on North Terrace.
By bike
Bike racks are available outside the Garden entrances. Please only walk your bike through the Garden.
By car
Car parking is available on Plane Tree Drive, with easy access to the Garden through the Friends Gate, Conservatory Gate or Hackney Gate. Please note that visitors are not permitted to drive their vehicles inside Adelaide Botanic Garden. Please note that Plane Tree Drive will be inaccessible (no parking) from 2 - 13 March.

Access
- Adelaide Botanic Garden is accessible from all entrance gates except for the Hackney Gate off Hackney Road. It has paved and bitumen paths running throughout the Garden making it accessible for wheelchair users.
- Accessible toilets are available in the Garden at the Schomburgk Pavilion (E10 map reference), the Noel Lothian Hall (D15 map reference) and the Simpson Kiosk (E5 map reference).
- A changing places bathroom facility can be found at B10 (map reference) for those with a disability or high support needs. An MLAK key is required to access these facility. More information regarding obtaining an MLAK key can be found here.
- The cafe, kiosk and restaurant all have ramp access.
- Wheelchairs are available to hire from reception in the Goodman Building on Hackney Road, seven days a week, including public holidays, however they must be pre-booked. More info here.
- Assistance dogs are welcome in the Garden.

Located on the edge of the Adelaide CBD, Adelaide Entertainment Centre is easily accessible via both car and public transport. It contains both the AEC Arena and the AEC Theatre venues. Adelaide Town Hall has wheelchair access via ramp at the main entrance and lift access to all levels. No wheelchair access to Dress Circle or Gallery as there are steps.
Accessible parking is available in front of the Adelaide Town Hall on King William Street daily from 7.00pm to midnight (except Mondays).
The City of Adelaide owned UParks have accessible spaces located near the lifts. Holders of SA Disability Parking Permits can apply to UPark for an Accessibility Pass. This pass provides two hours free parking up to 52 times per year at all UPark car parks. Check the website for details.
Adelaide Town Hall has automatic glass sliding doors at entry, an LED display directory, a lift with illuminated raised tactile/braille buttons and voice announcements, right hand transfer unisex accessible toilet and wheelchair accessible seating in the Auditorium Stalls (not in the Gallery or Dress Circle).

All areas of the Gallery are accessible by wheelchair or with prams, with lift and/or ramp access to some levels. Please ask at the Information Desks for assistance.
Wheelchairs can be borrowed free of charge while visiting the Gallery. Telephone 8 8207 7000 and press option 6 to speak to Security staff to reserve a wheelchair prior to your visit.
Accessible toilets are located inside the front entrance (near the Information Desk) and on the Courtyard Level (next to the cloakroom). The accessible toilet near the Information Desk has baby changing facilities.
Disability parking is available nearby at U-Park Gawler Place, every level near lift (parking fees apply), 300 metres from the Gallery.

To enter the venue via a step-free route, walk along the right side of the building (paved area) to doors. These doors will lead you to the seating area.
Unfortunately, the toilets at this venue are not accessible as they have narrow steps. The nearest accessible toilets are in Ligertwood Building across the courtyard.
There are 5 steps up to the main doors. To access the toilets in the venue, there are 15 steps with a handrail, these are quite steep.

Getting There
Botanic Park / Tainmuntilla is directly north of Adelaide Botanic Garden, and south of Adelaide Zoo. Entrance via Plane Tree Drive.
It can be accessed any time either from Hackney Road or from Frome Road, or by walking through Adelaide Botanic Garden when it is open.

Ticketed car parking is available on Plane Tree Drive off Hackney Road.
Access
Accessible parking spaces are available within all 4-hour parking zones and are free of charge for people displaying a disability parking permit. For visits longer than 4 hours, permit holders are welcome to park in 10-hour bays, and can pay half the ticketed price for the duration of the stay.
During WOMADelaide
Accessible parking and drop-off zones will be provided near the entrance gates. Note there is limited accessible parking and drop-off outside the Frome Road entrance.
Assistance animals are welcome and encouraged for those who need them. You must submit an Application and Registration form. Visit the website for more info and to download the form. Owners of guide dogs are not required to give proof.
Accessible toilet facilities are installed where possible along the sealed surface cycleway which runs around the perimeter of Botanic Park, with privacy screening and clear marking to encourage use only by patrons who require accessible facilities. Closest buses are along the major arterial road, Grote Street, the tram (stop at Victoria Square) and a free bus service that operates on a loop throughout the city and North Adelaide with stops on the corner of Grote Street and Victoria Square.
Free City Connector Bus
The free City Connector bus is a hop-on and hop-off service linking popular city attractions, shopping, dining and key destinations in the city and North Adelaide. Bus route 98A and 98C connect North Adelaide with the city, and 99A and 99C connect the inner-city areas not serviced by the tram. Services operate every 15 minutes on weekdays and every 30 minutes on weekends.

Wheelchair loan
Please contact 131 246 or advise the operator when you are booking tickets if you require a loan wheelchair during your visit. Wheelchairs can be collected at your venue concierge desk pre-show and must be returned within 20 minutes of the show finishing. Patrons will be required to leave a driver's license, credit card, or government issued photo ID as a deposit until the wheelchair is returned. Wheelchairs must not be taken off site. Please coordinate patron pick-up and drop-off locations accordingly.

Situated in Adelaide’s vibrant West End cultural district, ILA is conveniently positioned on Light Square, just a brief stroll from Adelaide Railway Station. The venue is also easily accessible via several nearby bus and tram routes. For those driving, both undercover and open-air paid parking options are available at the adjacent Light Square Karidis car park.
Directly in front of ILA, along Light Square, there are ticketed parking spaces which become complimentary after 6pm on weekdays and after 12pm on Saturdays.
Additional no-cost parking can be located on Ann Street and other neighboring streets.
Access
Located on the Ground Floor, Aurora Restaurant is fully accessible. The main entry to The Lab contains a small step, for wheelchair access our staff will escort patrons through an alternate entrance with step free access via Aurora Restaurant. Alternatively, please notify our team who are able to install a temporary ramp upon request. The Lab Garden is fully accessible and has a ramp that enables access to its bar. Aurora Restaurant, The Lab and The Lab Garden all have a dedicated unisex accessible bathroom.
The Light Room, located on Level 1 and ILA’s workspaces on Level 2 and 3 are seamlessly accessible via an elevator, each floor complete with its own accessible unisex bathrooms.
ILA honours the Companion Card scheme and card holders are entitled to a second ticket to paid events for their companion at no cost.

The Pioneer Women's Memorial Garden is the primary location for the free Adelaide Writers' Week program. There will be signage at the venue during Writers' Week and volunteers can assist with directions to stages if required.
The main entrance of the Garden is located on King William Road between the Torrens Parade Ground and the rear of Government House in Adelaide's CBD. There are also entrances at the corner of Victoria Drive and King William Road and at the Kintore Avenue side of the Gardens between the Drill Hall and the rear of Government House.

By Car
Travelling by car is currently the most convenient option. The UKARIA Cultural Centre is located just 40kms from the Adelaide CBD and is an easy drive on the South Eastern Freeway, which takes 40 minutes. Take the Nairne/Bald Hills Road exit (after the Mount Barker exit). UKARIA Cultural Centre is 1km from the junction of Williams Road. Please drive slowly as Williams Road is unsealed. Once you enter the car park, please observe the 20kph speed limit.
Parking
There is ample parking on site and multiple entry points from the car park through the garden to the building on paved paths. There are two disabled car parks adjacent to the building on the northern side. There is designated parking adjacent to the events area for special events.

While city taxis are happy to bring visitors up the hill, there are also local taxi services:

By Bus

Getting There
By bus
Route 150, Stop 41 lets you out at the British Hotel on the corner of Nile Street. Routes 117, 118, 230, 232, 252, 254, and 254X also stop in Port Adelaide – for more details visit adelaidemetro.com.au.
By train
The Outer Harbour line, Ethelton station lets you out with a 10 minute walk to Waterside.
By taxi
Taxi fare is approx. $50 to the Adelaide CBD.
By car
Waterside is a direct and easy 25-minute drive from the CBD. There is ample free parking nearby at Hart’s Mill.
Access
Entrance to the disabled bathroom is through a standard sized doorframe. Most wheelchair users are able to use these facilities. It was built to code when the building was last renovated many years ago. Given the age of the building and it's heritage status, the bathrooms may not comply with current standards.
