Experience Anthony Marwood in full flight with the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra.

The beloved The Lark Ascending by Ralph Vaughan Williams – one of Marwood’s signature works – closes a performance that starts with Shostakovich’s enthralling String Quartet No.2 arranged for strings. An elusive and enigmatic piece, it has at its heart a ghostly waltz, which gives way to an ending of heart-stopping virtuosity.
