Led by iconoclasts from the global underground dance scene, expect an entrancing movement through eclectic samples, chaotic soundscapes and post-club euphoria. Hyperdub’s ‘anti format audio propagandist’ DJ Haram takes the helm, alongside Ngarrindjeri DJ SOVBLKPSSY and local dubstep evangelists SKORPION KING x Mr. John. Dim the lights and succumb to the witching hours under the streets of Adelaide.

Self described as ‘anti-format audio propagandist’, DJ Haram is known for her eclectic production and djing: experimental bass and Jersey club collide with Middle Eastern percussives, rave synths fold into abrasive noise and poetic verse. Headlining Tryp’s purgatorial late-night party at DIVIDE, Dj Haram debuts a new live set building on the unflinching Hyperdub album ‘Beside Myself’.
Haram makes up half of ‘700 Bliss,’ a hip hop/noise project with Moor Mother; the two released the critically acclaimed ‘Nothing to Declare’ in 2022. She’s also released a number of collaborations and remixes, notably with Bbymutha, Billy Woods, Armand Hammer, Debby Friday, and Fever Ray. Internationally, she has played on noteworthy stages like Dekmantel, Unsound, Roskilde, Le Guess Who, Pitchfork Festival, Tashweesh, Bonnaroo and has toured from Tokyo to Istanbul.

Ngarrindjeri DJ and producer SOVBLKPSSY performs sonic interventions on the intersection of nostalgia and percussion-heavy club music grounded in Blackfulla rhythm and resistance. Based on Gadigal and Wangal land, Sov co-hosts Sunset with Dot Zip on FBi Radio.

Mr. John & SKORPION KING are a symbiotic flurry of divine intervention, prophets of the wobble, humble servants to the bass. Dichotomous conductors of demonic bass with a care-bear type of love. Prying open the sonic hell-mouth with one hand while blowing kisses with the other in a ritualistic flow state that's equal parts goofy, endearing and gay but in a tough metal kinda way. Translation: Two dweebs madly in love with each other & dubstep.
