Help Adelaide Festival commission and champion Australia’s most innovative new work

Alongside bringing the world’s greatest artists and performing arts creators to Adelaide each year, Adelaide Festival is a ‘creating festival’ and one of the most significant commissioning forces in Australia. This includes commissioning works to be produced by Adelaide Festival and being an active participant in the Major Festivals Initiative, through which Adelaide Festival invests in new commissions together with other national commissioning partners.

Supporting the Adelaide Festival Commissioning Program allows you to directly influence the creation of bold, challenging and artistically innovative new works that are presented in Adelaide Festival. A minimum donation of $5,000 is requested in support of Adelaide Festival’s Commission Program.

All Commissioning Program donors are regularly updated regarding new works in development and are invited to be part of the creative development journey.

In addition, Commissioning donors receive:

• A complimentary Adelaide Festival Friends Membership offering a 15% discount on tickets to Adelaide Festival presented shows.
• Access to Adelaide Festival’s personalised ticketing service.
• An invitation to AF26 Program Launch events held annually in Adelaide, Sydney and Melbourne.
• Invitations to special events during the Festival.
