Australia
Enter a fully touchable, multi-sensory tactile world developed by established, emerging, disabled and non-disabled South Australian artists, alongside blind and low vision communities. Formed from deep collaboration, this dark forest combines tactile textile surfaces, integrated olfactory navigation points, vibration, cold and heat, and a spatial soundscape. This is an entirely touchable experience, designed around the trailing movements used by blind and low-vision people to navigate and experience the world.
Artists featured include Antony Abbracciavento, Troy-Anthony Baylis, Boris Dann, Lottie Emma, Simone Kennedy, Shan Michaels and members of the Blind and Low Vision community.
