Australia's greatest pop poet and New Zealand's most celebrated songwriter and performer, together on stage, kick off Adelaide Festival with a huge free concert as the sun sets in magnificent Elder Park. Expect a rousing set of Kelly's classic songs that have settled deep in the Australian psyche, along with some of Australasia's most memorable musical moments from Finn's songbook, which includes Crowded House, Split Enz, Finn Brothers and solo material. Bring the family to celebrate the opening of our festival – let’s party!
