Ticketing Coordinator
SEptember 2024 - MARCH 2025
The Ticketing Coordinator works within the Customer Experience team to assist with all aspects of ticketing to deliver the 2025 Adelaide Festival. This position will form an integral part of the CX team, who are focused on delivering the very best patron experience. Duties will include event builds, managing various ticketing initiatives, customer service (phones, email, box office), supervision of call centre staff, and a thorough understanding of the Adelaide Festival and Adelaide Writers’ Week ticketed events.

Administration Assistant
1 OCTOBer 2024 - 31 March 2025
The Administration Assistant will receive and greet visitors to the Adelaide Festival (AF) office reception area, manage incoming telephone calls through the switchboard, assist the Customer Experience department with ticketing administration duties and assist the Finance team with invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll and any other administration tasks as required.

Logistics Administrator
September 2024 - March 2025
(September to 31 October 0.8, November to March Full-Time)
The Logistics Administrator works within the Programming team to co-ordinate and deliver logistical aspects of the 2025 Festival program such as, but not limited to – artist contracting, travel bookings, visas, hospitality for artists, artist packs, scheduling/artist itineraries, ground transport, data input and artist minding, as well as administrative support to the Head of Programming, Program Managers and Producers.
