The Adelaide Festival of Arts is seeking two motivated individuals to fill important roles within its Business Development department.

Business Development Manager
Full time contract

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, securing and fostering financial and in-kind support from South Australian partners, including corporate sponsors, trusts and foundations, private donors or philanthropists, government and industry organisations.

Reporting to the Director, Business Development & Philanthropy, the Business Development Manager will work with the Adelaide Festival team to manage and enhance existing relationships, and build new relationships by identifying and packaging partnership opportunities, and cultivating and stewarding current and prospective partners and donors.

Previous experience in sponsorship, development or fundraising is essential.

Development Assistant
Full time contract

The Development Assistant provides administrative support to the Development team and participates in all fundraising activities including sponsor, donor and public campaigns, direct mail appeals, and special events.

Key accountabilities include liaising with sponsoring organisations, VIP ticketing, administrative duties and working with internal staff and external suppliers to coordinate functions.
