Part of an exclusive concert series celebrating maverick composer and icon of New York’s downtown music scene, John Zorn.

Adelaide Symphony Orchestra, Elision Ensemble and visionary conductor David Fulmer join forces with John Zorn to perform some of his greatest classical works scored for vocal ensemble, string quartet and chamber orchestra. Spellbinding sopranos, masterpiece concertos, virtuosic string writing, dramatic contrasts and constantly shifting colours. An unforgettable sonic landscape.

Featuring: A Rebours, Temptations of St Anthony, Bateau Ivre, Suppots et Supplications, Contes de FeesKol Nidre and Sortilege, plus the WORLD PREMIERE performance of Zorn’s piece Zietgehoft for Violin and Cello.
