AUDIO DESCRIPTION

Audio description makes the visual verbal for people who are Blind or vision impaired. Through a small radio receiver the patron receives a spoken description of visual elements by a trained audio describer.
When booking please ensure you notify BASS staff that you require headsets and provide your contact details so pre-show recorded introductory notes can be sent to you in advance.
Headsets can be collected in the foyers of each venue near the box office. Headsets are available for collection from one hour prior to show time.

The following performances will be audio described:
Blinc – Every Tue and Wed, 8.30pm, from Blinc information booth
Black Diggers – Wed 11 Mar, 6.30pm
Beauty and the Beast – Sun 15 Mar, 5pm
Beckett Triptych – Tue 10 Mar, 6.30pm and Sat 14 Mar, 2pm
Jack and the Beanstalk – Wed 4 Mar, 10.30am

TOUCH TOUR

Indicates a guided or tactile tour prior to a live performance, visual art or museum exhibitions that may be touched.

The following performances will feature a pre-show touch tour:
Black Diggers – Wed 11 Mar, 5.30pm
Beauty and the Beast – Sun 15 Mar, 4pm
Beckett Triptych – Tue 10 Mar, 5.30pm and Sat 14 Mar, 1pm
